The site is well-located in walking distance to a local primary school, shops and community facilities. It is also close to bus stops on Bawtry Road, offering regular bus services to Sheffield city centre and Rotherham town centre.

The development will provide a variety of two, three and four bedroom properties, with private gardens and off-street parking. The site layout has been designed to minimise impacts on existing residential properties on Bawtry Road.

Existing landscaping will be supplemented with new planting across the site. Existing trees will be retained wherever possible, and new trees planted. Significant open green space is provided for the community to enjoy.
